An exclusive stamp rally to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the World Heritage registration!Shrines and Temples of Nikko will celebrate the 25th anniversary on December 4th 2024, a quarter century after the registration. An exclusive stamp rally to celebrate this anniversary with tourists is now ready.
By collecting stamps from visiting the World Heritage Site, Shrines and Temples of Nikko and related accomodation facilities, tourists can receive commemorative goods which are exclusively prepared for the 25th anniversary.
Enjoy touring Shrines and Temples of Nikko with the collecting board, which is available at the local tourist information center.
① Visit "Where to get Colleting board" as mentioned below to obtain Collecting board.
② Visit "Where to get Stamp" as mentioned below to collect stamps on Collecting board. For accomodation stamps, please ask at reception desk of accommodation facility you stay.
③ Once you fulfill the conditions for achievement, please bring your Collecting board to the "Where to receive Commemorative Gift" as mentioend below. The gifts will be given according to the conditions for achievement.

●Nikko Toshogu Shrine
- Located in the precincts beyond Front gate
(Toshogu Shrine ticket: 1,600 yen for adults, 550 yen for elementary and junior high school students)
- Located near the stairs inside Nikko Toshogu Museum
(Museum admission ticket: 1,000 yen for adults, 400 yen for elementary and junior high school students)
*Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Nikko Toshogu Museum combined ticket available

●Nikko Futarasan-Jinja Shine
- Located around the tea shop in Shrine Garden

「龗（おかみ）の水」で知られる、静寂な森の中に佇む癒しの社日光市大室の大山（おおやま）の中腹に鎮座する、五穀豊穣・営業繁栄、病や災いに遭う事も無く栄えていくことを願い祀られた古社です。
大山から湧き出る御神水「龗（おかみ）の水」は厄災を祓い清めてくれる水として伝えられ、この御神水を用いて淹れるコーヒーやお茶などはまろやかな味わいが出ると好評で、飲料用として多くの参拝者に好まれています。遠方から水を汲みに訪れる方もいるほど。
本殿から更に階段を上がると鬱蒼と茂る森の奥に奥之宮があり、こちらでもお参りいただけます。例年8月下旬には奥宮大祭が斎行され、境内から奥宮にかけてろうそくの灯が灯されます。
2021年6月には、”精霊の巨木”として樹齢600年を超える「大杉胎内くぐり」が設置されました。参拝の折にはぜひ一度体験下さい。 -
樹齢100年超えの「六尺藤」が見事な花の名所六尺藤・・・2024年5月9日にてご案内を終了します。（終わり）
大沢地区にある龍蔵寺の境内では、「六尺藤」が例年4月下旬に咲き始め、5月初旬頃に見頃を迎えます。樹齢100年を超え、市の天然記念物に指定されているほか、環境省の「かおり風景百選」にも選出されています。 -
街を見守るお地蔵様たちに会いに行こう今市地区には、市の指定文化財でもある「追分地蔵尊」をはじめとした多くのお地蔵様たちが安置され、昔から地域住民に親しまれています。

3県にまたがり、公園の総面積はなんと 114,908ha！日光国立公園は、昭和9（1934）年12月4日に誕生した歴史の古い国立公園です。公園区域は福島、栃木、群馬の三県にまたがり、その総面積は114,908haです。公園区域の大半は那須火山帯に属する山岳地であり、北関東最高峰である白根山（標高2,578m）をはじめ、古くから信仰の山として名高い男体山（標高2,486m）、今なお火山活動が活発な那須岳（標高1,917m）などの山岳が分布します。

ぽっくり参りは日光ぽっくり地蔵へ日光の山の中、九十九折を上ったさきにある寺は天空の寺。そこにはホッとした空気が漂い、小さいけれど巧徳力のある日光ぽっくり地蔵。やさしいお顔の観音様たちがお迎えします。山道はいまの寺には珍しい砂利道です。どうぞ砂利の感覚を楽しみながらお気軽に足をお運びください。（雨天、悪天候時は十分お気を付けてお越し下さい）
